VIRGINIA CITY, NEVADA, MARCH 24, 2022 – Comstock Mining Inc. (NYSE: LODE) (“Comstock” and the “Company”) today announced that its 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders has been scheduled for Thursday, May 26, 2022, starting at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time in Reno, Nevada, at the Atlantis Hotel. The meeting will feature Comstock’s renewable fuels and electrification businesses, and highlight the Company’s expanded senior management team and recently expanded portfolio of decarbonizing technologies.
